Lois A. Humphreys

Lois A. Humphreys, 92, passed away at her home in Moline on Monday, July 15, 2019.

Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 20, 2019, at Riverside United Methodist Church, Moline.  Burial will Western Township Cemetery, Orion at 1:30 p.m on Saturday.  Visitation will be 3 – 6 p.m. on Friday, July 19, 2019, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline.  Memorials may be made to Riverside United Methodist Church (712 16th Str., Moline) where she was a member.

Lois was born on June 5, 1927.  She was the daughter of Frank and Ora (Coneghy) Fransen.  Lois married Berney J. Humphreys in Osco on November 30, 1947.  She was a member of Ladies Aid at the Osco Community Church, Women of Moose Geneseo Chapter 577 and Cambridge Chapter Order Eastern Star.

Survivors include her children, Barbara (Phillip) Rudsell-Cray, Port Byron; Nancy (John) Walsten, New Windsor, 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 11 great-great grandchildren and brother, Ken (Eloise) Fransen, Orion.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sons, James and Robert, and brother, Robert.
