Lou Ann Debus, 79, of Moline, IL, died Saturday, March 25, 2017, at UnityPoint Health – Trinity Rock Island, Rock Island, IL.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, April 2, 2017, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Cremation rites have been accorded. Memorials may be made to the Quad City Animal Welfare Center in Milan, IL.
Lou Ann was born on March 19, 1938, in Kansas City, KS, the daughter of Roy W. and Helen M. Duffendack McLaughlin. She worked as a kitchen manager for Frank’s Pizza for 25 years.
Survivors include her children, Deb (John) Ferguson, Milan, IL, Penny Debus, Kansas City, KS, Phillip Debus, Kansas City, KS, Lori Debus, Kansas City, MO, Kerry (Paul) Debus-Mangelsdorf, Moline, IL, Jason (Sarah) Debus, Milan, IL; 11 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; brother, Rick (Marilyn) McLaughlin, Kansas City, MO.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Terry; daughter, Amy; brother, Bob McLaughlin; former husband, Denny Debus.
