Marvella J. Carey, 81, of Moline, IL, died Monday, December 01, 2014, at Heartland Health Care Center, Moline.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, December 4, 2014, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Visitation will be from Noon to 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at National Cemetery at Rock Island Arsenal. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association.
Marvella was born on April 8, 1933, in Moline, IL, the daughter of Marvin and Mabel Burklund Safe. She married Wayne Harlan Carey on March 20, 1954, in Moline.
