Mary Jane Hartkop, 85, of Moline, IL, died Monday, May 04, 2015, at Illini Restorative Care, Silvis, IL.
Per her wishes, cremation rites have been accorded and there will be no services. Inurnment will be at Rock Island Memorial Park. In loving memory of Mary Jane, memorials may be made to your favorite charity. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline.
Mary Jane was born on July 24, 1929, in Rock Island, IL, the daughter of Raymond Carl and Mildred Margaret Hood Scheuermann. She married Donald R. Hartkop on May 26, 1962, in Rock Island. She worked as a teller for the Rock Island Bank and Trust for 10 years and later for Black Hawk State Bank.
Mary Jane was a former member of the American Business Women's Association. She was active with family genealogy and enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, and music.
