Melody Hammond Dahms, 32, of Davenport, died Friday, June 15, 2018, at UnityPoint Hospice – Taylor House, Des Moines, IA.
Cremation rites have been accorded and private family services will be held. Private burial will be at the Rock Island National Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline, is assisting the family.
Survivors include her husband, Justin Dahms; step-son, Austin Dahms; numerous other family members.
