Mildred L. Woods

Mildred L. Woods, 79, of Colona, passed away on July 15, 2026, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

Cremation rites have been accorded, and memorials may be made to the family.

Mildred was born on January 28, 1947, in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of Orbie J. and Gladys E. Patton. She was a loving homemaker who always had a smile for everyone. She also loved to crochet and work on her diamond art projects.

Survivors include her son, Daniel Menteer; grandson, Jeffrey Menteer; niece, Evelyn VanDeKerckhove; great nephew, Richard T. Martin; great great nieces, Kira Martin, Sada Martin and Isabella Marie Martin.

She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Betty.
