Mitchell M. Woods, 51, of Moline, passed away Tuesday March 5, 2024, at his home.
A visitation will be held from 1-3 p.m. Saturday March 9, 2024, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline. Cremation rites have been accorded. In lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the Stan Woods Scholarship Fund.
Mitchell was born on May 16, 1972, the son of Stanley L. and Janet L. (Harrelson) Woods. He played the guitar and was a talented singer and songwriter.
Survivors include his son, Logan (Liz) Woods, Moline; mother, Janet Woods, Moline; brother, Scott (Rachel Caldwell) Woods, Monticello, Illinois; grandchildren, Tony & Emilia Cerqueda and Victoria & Sofia Woods.
He was preceded in death by his father, Stan.
