Nelda Tertipes

Nelda M. Tertipes, 91, formerly of Colona, passed away Sunday March 29, 2020 at Hospice House in Spokane, WA.

Interment will be at Rock Island Arsenal National Cemetery.

Nelda was born on November 28, 1928 in Havana, IL the daughter of William and Alta (Miller) Fletcher.  She married Steve N. Tertipes April 11, 1953, he preceded her September 13, 1992.  Nelda was a homemaker, she also worked in various bakeries.

Survivors include her son; James (Clyda) Tertipes, 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren 2 brothers, and 1 sister.

She was 1 of 14 children 9 boys and 5 girls, 7 brothers and 4 sisters preceded her in death.
