Norma "Jean" Foutch, 77, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 8, 2015, at Aspen Rehabilitation and Health Care, Silvis, IL.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 14, 2015, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, July 13, 2015, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Rose Lawn Memorial Estate. Memorials may be made to the family.
Norma was born on December 10, 1937, in Moline, IL, the daughter of Harry and Margaret Dopler Roush. She married Willard Foutch on November 13, 1954, in Rock Island, IL, and he preceded her in death on January 24, 2001.
Norma was a member of the Moline Ladies Eagles Auxiliary.
Survivors include her children, Rod (Connie) Foutch, Brunswick, GA, Gail (Mike) Peel, Davenport, IA, Terry (Terri) Foutch, Moline, IL, Ronald (Mary McGuire) Foutch, Sr., Rock Island, IL; 11 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Joyce (Jerry) Miller, Geneseo, IL, and Linda (Steve) Vergane, Moline, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
