Parfait Togbenou, 38, of East Moline, IL, passed away, April 22, 2026, at his residence.

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, May 15, 2026, at Christ the King Catholic Church (3209 60th St. Moline, IL 61265). Wake Mass will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday at the church. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at the church. Following the funeral mass, the burial will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery (2301 3rd St. East Moline, IL 61244). Thanksgiving Mass will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, May 17, 2026, at the church.

Parfait was born on June 23, 1987, in Lome, Togo, the son of Koffi Togbenou and Koudjoukalou Kezie. He married Adakou B. Amavi in Lome, Togo on May 22, 2014. Parfait was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church in Moline. He enjoyed spending time with his children, wife, friends, and family.

Survivors include his wife, Adakou Bella; children, Jeff, Jannah, and Jayson; parents, Koffi Togbenou and Koudjoukalou Kezie; siblings, Tchilala, Loumonvi, Crois, and Judex.
