Patricia Ann Mueller left her earthly home for her home in heaven. She passed away, December 31, 2025, at Mercer Manor Memory Care, Aledo.
Visitation will be at the Zion Lutheran Church, Taylor Ridge from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., on Monday, January 5, 2026, prior to the funeral service at church at 11:00 a.m., and burial to immediately follow at the Zion Lutheran Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran Cemetery for upkeep.
Patricia was a member of Zion Lutheran Church for 55 years. Pat was born on December 4, 1936, at home in Rock Island, IL, the daughter of William and Evelyn (Barr) Geisler. She graduated from Rock Island High School in 1954. Pat married Llewellyn Mueller at the Zion Lutheran Church in Taylor Ridge on August 22, 1954; he preceded her in death on July 25, 2001. From their loving union they had 3 daughters Paula, Vicki, and Colleen. She also was blessed with 2 granddaughters and 4 grandsons. Pat and Llewellyn enjoyed traveling and had been to all 50 states, Mexico, and Canada. The journey they both looked forward to was to their heavenly home. Pat was employed at Rockridge School as the head cook, and Royal Neighbors of America, from where she retired in December of 1997.
Pat and Dorothy Jones had been friends since kindergarten and stayed close all their lives; also her friends Pauline Brown and Peggy Lane both met later in life along with other friends she held dear and classmates she had lunch with.
Survivors include her daughters, Paula (Stan) Nelson of Joy, IL, Vicki Bull of Milan, IL, and Colleen (Chuck) Bestian of Taylor Ridge, IL; grandchildren, Penny (Chris) Meskan, Nicholas (Trisha) Bull, Jay (Robyn) Nelson, Mitch Bull, Christopher (Noreen) Bestian, and Carrie (Geoff) Boswell; great-grandchildren, Olivia, Violet, and Charlotte Meskan, Landon, Shelby, and Heath Bull, Noah and Jake Nelson, Grayson and Grisham Boswell, Caroline, Henry, Emma, Margaret, William, Lydia, Nathaniel, and Caleb Bestian; brothers, Dick (Vivian) Geisler of Milan, IL, and Don (Becky) Geisler of Moline, IL; also many dear and caring cousins; godchildren, Tom Rettig, Greg Geisler, Noel Anderson, Kevin Geisler, and Mitch Bull.
She took comfort from the Portals of Prayer and King James Bible, most especially the Book of Psalms.
She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, husband Llewellyn, and brothers Bill and Jerry Geisler.
