Patricia "Pat" J. Allers

Patricia “Pat” J. Allers, 86, of Moline, IL, passed away, September 8, 2025, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, Peoria.

Private family burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens. Esterdahl Mortuary and Crematory, Ltd., Moline are assisting the family with arrangements. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or PAW Animal Shelter (Fort Madison, IA) or Arbor Day Foundation.

Pat was born on July 22, 1939, in Moline, IL, the daughter of Axel F. and Lillian E. (Flower) Wellander. She married M. L. “Pete” Allers in Moline on August 1, 1964; he preceded her in death on November 6, 1980. In her younger years, she worked as an admin assistant for Deere & Co International. Pat was an extremely caring person who loved and cared for people, animals, and nature.

Survivors include her daughter, Stephanie Allers; grand dog, Shiloh; sister, Barbara (Joe) Palma; nephews, Joe, Nick, Ryne, Jake, and Mitch Viaene; as well as many other nieces, nephews, and close friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband and sisters, Lois Viaene and Shirley Clifford.
