Patricia A. Versluis

Patricia A. Versluis, 86, of East Moline, IL, passed away on October 8, 2026, at her home.

Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 16, 2026, at Christ the King Catholic Church in Moline. Visitation will be one hour prior to Mass on Friday at the church. Rosary will be at 9:30 a.m. on Friday at the church. Cremation rites have been accorded an inurnment will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery in East Moline. Memorials may be made to Christ the King Catholic Church. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory Ltd., Moline, is assisting the family.

Pat was born on May 27, 1940, in Moline, IL, the daughter of Joseph and Shirley Clauw. She married her high school sweetheart, James E. Versluis on September 26, 1959, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in East Moline. He preceded her in death on July 22, 2026. She had been employed at Green Tree Financial for eleven years and later at the 1st National Bank and retired from 1st City. She was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church. Pat was a homebody who enjoyed sharing her home with her family and friends. She loved going to lunch with her sisters and friends, going to coffee with her friends, cooking, sewing, and crafting. She was a dog lover and adored her companions, Rambo and Nikki.

Survivors include her children, Lori Larson of East Moline, IL, Michael (Vickye) Versluis of Silvis, IL; grandchildren, Andy (Nikki) Mann of De Pere, WI, and Kelli Mann of Two Rivers, WI, Michelle Mak of Orlando, FL, and Justin Versluis of Brandon, FL; great-grandchildren, Maddisyn and Kaiser Wohlgemuth, Caleb and Aiden Mak, and Audrey Versluis; sisters, Sandy (Bill) Verlinden of Silvis, IL and Mary Ann Gant of East Moline, IL; as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Shirley Clauw; husband, James Versluis; sister and brother-in-law, Jo Ann and Jerry Buyck and sister-in-law Martha (Ron) Lamb; son-in-law, Craig Larson; nephew, Darryn Lamb.
