Paulette Sorrells, 66, of Rock Island, IL, died Wednesday, December 18, 2013, at Rock Island Nursing & Rehabilitation, Rock Island, IL.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, December 23, 2013, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline, IL. Per her wishes cremation rites have been accorded and inurnment will be at Riverside Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Rock Island No Kill Humane Society.
Paulette was born on April 8, 1947, in Lamar County, AL, the daughter of Casper E. and Salome (Gosa) Sorrells. She enjoyed yard-work and listening to Elvis.
Survivors include her many nieces & nephews who loved her very much.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Dennis; sisters, Mary Jewel (Oliver) Kelly, Betty Carter, Bennie Starkey, and Jimmy Nell (Daniel) Netherly.
