Rafaela Solis, age 90, of Rock Island, died Sunday, January 20, 2013 at her home.
Funeral services will be 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at Templo Alabanza 613 3rd Street, Moline. Visitation is from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Burial is at Moline Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the family.
Rafaela was born October 14, 1922 in Fresnillo, Mexico, the daughter of Jesus and Maicaela Perez Ibarra. She married Patricio Solis on March 17, 1941 in Fresnillo, Mexico.
Rafaela was a kind hearted, loving woman who enjoyed spending time with her family. She also loved to sing hymns and worship at Casa De Oracion.
