Ralph “Virgil” V. Gray, 72, of Moline, IL, died Wednesday, November 08, 2017, at Hope Creek Care Center, East Moline, IL.
Cremation rites have been accorded and there will be no services. Inurnment will be at Vance Cemetery, Industry, IL, at a later date. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Virgil was born on March 30, 1945, in Macomb, IL, the son of Ralph and Wylla Green Gray. He worked as a laborer for the Coca-Cola Plant in Macomb.
Virgil loved to sit on the porch and people watch. He enjoyed country music.
Survivors include his daughters, Janet Jean and Michelle Lee; mother, Wylla Vercauteren; sisters, Sherry Pilon and Caralee Terrell.
He was preceded in death by his father; daughters, Vicki Carol and Nicole Sue; sister, Pam.
