Regan Davis, age 45, of Davenport, IA, departed this world peacefully on July 15th, 2025, leaving behind a tapestry of love woven through memories and moments. Born on September 25th, 1979, to Urgertean Reyes and Leonard Thomas in Davenport, IA, Regan illuminated the lives of many with boundless joy and affection. She proudly graduated from Davenport Community School District in 1998 and ventured forth to pursue a degree in Medical Assisting at Hamilton Technical Institute, where she forged enduring friendships and crafted treasured memories.
After earning a degree in Medical Assisting, she embarked upon a remarkable journey at REM Iowa as a Lead Direct Support Professional, dedicating 12 years to the pursuit of excellence and favor in the Home Health Field. Colleagues of Regan will forever cherish her unwavering kindness and steadfast commitment.
In 1995, destiny graced Regan with the 1st love of her life, Her Daughter Alexis Davis, In 1997 destiny graced Regan with the 2nd love of her life, Her son Lew’Trevious Davis, In 2002 destiny graced Regan with her 3rd love of her life her last and youngest son Ke’juan Davis. Regan Birthed and nurtured a beautiful family, often mentioning her children as her everything, and raising all 3 of her wonderful children and leaving behind 2 who continue to carry forth her legacy of love and compassion.
Regan embraced the passions that filled her heart, relishing hobbies like fishing, doing nails, cooking and spending time with family and friends while also spreading joy to all fortunate enough to cross her path. She was renowned for her infectious laughter and generous spirit, her confidence and most of all her loyalty to those she truly loved. leaving a trail of warmth wherever she ventured.
Regan was predeceased by her mother, Urgertean Reyes; father-in-law, Willie Miller; biological father, Leonard Thomas; her 1st son, Lew’Trevious Davis; aunt, Vada Shelby; uncle, Willie Davis; grandmother, Lille Davis; grandfather, Lester Davis; great-aunt, Argustia Lacy; cousins, Alberta Leach, Jonathan Johnson, Adam Lacy, Billy Ray Lacy, Fred McNair, Korrie Lacy, and Jamon Winfrey whose memories she held near and dear.
She is survived by her oldest daughter, Alexis Davis; youngest son, Ke’Juan Davis; brothers, James Davis, William Irby; sister, Crystal McNeal; nieces, Audrey Roark (Terran, Amiyah), Kya Hinton (Kamyiah); nephews, Brandon McNeal (Brielle), Chance Davis (Hassan), and James Davis (Jezriel, Jakenzie), who will forever treasure her love in their hearts always and forever.
