Richard "Dick" J Westphall

Richard “Dick” J. Westphall, 70, of East Moline, passed away Thursday, November 4, 2021, at his residence.

Per his wishes cremation rites will be accorded and no services will be held.  Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline is assisting the family.

Dick was born on July 23, 1951, in Davenport, IA, the son of Carroll and Doris (Gottschalk) Westphall.  He married Mary K. Havens on April 23, 1977.  He later married Rebecca “Becky” Tarr on December 10, 1983, in Rock Island.  Dick was a fireman for Rock Island.

Survivors include his wife, Becky; sons, Brett (Renee Maniccia) Westphall, CO, Eric Westphall, Davenport, and Dustin (Jilliane) Westphall, CO; grandchildren, Carver and Ashton; siblings, Wayne Westphall, FL, and Cheryll Mooney, NC.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
