Robert James Duckett, 88, of Moline, IL, died Sunday, March 24, 2013, at Illini Restorative Care, Silvis, IL.
A Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday, March 28, 2013, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to his family.
Robert was born on March 25, 1924, in Troy, IL, the son of Raymond and Cornelia (Staph) Duckett. He worked for I.H. Farmall for 36 years retiring in 1981 as the Supervisor of Mechanical Engineering. Robert served in the United States Navy having served in WWII. He was a member of the Farmall Retirees Club and enjoyed golf and casinos. Above all he loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Brother Tom Duckett Colona, IL
He was preceded in death by his parents; infant daughter; sisters, Arelene Sheil and Ethel Hill.
