Roberta "Bobbie" Marie Beals

Roberta “Bobbie” Marie Beals, 91, of Hampton, IL, passed away on August 11, 2026, in Belvidere with her family by her side.

Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. on Saturday August 15, 2026, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Private burial will be held on Monday at the Rock Island National Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Hampton Historical Society.

Bobbie was born on July 17, 1935, in Davenport, Iowa, the daughter of Robert and Corinne (Curtis) Reinhold. She married Marshall E. Beals on October 22, 1960, in Peoria. He preceded her in death in 2015. Bobbie was a loving mother and caring homemaker. She was a member of the Hampton United Methodist Church, and active with their Women’s Group. She also volunteered her time at the Hampton Historical Society. She enjoyed painting ceramics, baking and walking her dogs.

Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Cheryl Beals; grandchildren, Danny Beals, Mark (Gemma) Beals, and Nikki (Luke) Bankord; great grandchildren, Bobbie, Daniel, Daniel, Ariana, Talia and Duke.

She was preceded in death by her husband, three sons, Dan, Bill, and James; granddaughter, Dana Beals, daughter-in-law, Cathy and sister, Jeanette.
