Susan G. Stabler, 81, of Taylor Ridge, IL, died Sunday, May 21, 2017, at her home.
Cremation rites have been accorded and there will be no services. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Susan was born December 27, 1935, in Rock Island, IL, the daughter of Bill and Sarah McLain Normoyle. She married Wayne L. Stabler on May 8, 1960, in Moline, IL, and he preceded her in death on August 24, 2014.
Susan enjoyed fishing and playing Euchere. She especially loved her cats.
Survivors include her sons, Ron (LaDonna) Stabler, Colona, IL, Jim (Sue) Stabler, Blue Grass, IA, Brett (Teresa) Stabler, Moline, IL, Richard (CoCo) Scharer, Roodhouse, IL, and Dennis (Cindy) Scharer, East Moline, IL; daughter, Debbie Scharer, Silvis, IL; 11 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister, Juanita Hayes.
