Tara Lynn Carter

Tara Lynn Carter, 44, of Orion, passed away on January 30, 2026, at UnityPoint Health Trinity Rock Island.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday February 11, 2026, at New Life Fellowship, 2345 19th Street, Moline. Visitation will be from 3-7 p.m. Tuesday February 10, 2026, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline. Burial will be at Moline Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the family.

Tara was born on February 14, 1981, in Rock Island, the daughter of Greg and Felecia (Miller) Bialobreski. She married Kyle Carter on January 19, 2017, in Rock Island. Tara graduated from Trinity College of Nursing and devoted her life to caring for others as a Registered Nurse. She was previously employed at the Bariatric Institute of Greater Chicago, Illini Surgical Associates and the Gastrointestinal Clinic of the Quad Cities. She was devoted to her faith and was a member of New Life Fellowship. Tara was a wonderful wife and loving mother.

Survivors include her husband, Kyle; children, Caitlee Carter, Caden Leng, and Colin Carter, all at home; parents, Greg & Felecia Bialobreski of Moline; sister, Tiffany (Ron) Rasmussen of Orion; niece and nephew, Tyler and Tenley Rasmussen; as well as a large, loving extended family and numerous friends.
