Tennie J. Weaver

Tennie J. Weaver, 82, of Orion, IL, passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at his home.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at Esterdahl Mortuary and Crematory, Ltd., Orion. Cremation rites will be accorded. Memorials may be made to a local wildlife conservation club in Tennie’s name.

Tennie was born on December 11, 1943, in Moline, IL, the son of Francis and Pauline (Karhoff) Weaver. He worked as a farmer in Orion. Tennie was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. He enjoyed farming, working on his property, and fishing.

Survivors include his significant other of 30 years, Pamela Oppendike and his brother, Thomas Weaver.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brothers, Francis “Tiger” Weaver and Bernie Weaver.
