Teodulo A. Perales

Teodulo A. Perales, 92, of Rock Island, IL, passed away, September 22, 2026, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, Peoria.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at The Sanctuary Quad Cities (1501 John Deere Pkwy, Silvis, IL 61282). Visitation will be an hour prior to services on Saturday at the church. Cremation rites will be accorded after services. Esterdahl Mortuary and Crematory, Ltd., Moline are assisting the family with arrangements.

Teodulo was born on February 17, 1934, in Mexico, the son of Luciano and Petra (Avila) Perales. He married Olga G. Morin in Rock Island on February 5, 1970; she preceded him in death on January 20, 2015. In his younger years, he worked as a carpenter for Deere & Co until his retirement. Teodulo was a member of The Sanctuary Quad Cities. He loved his bible, memorizing scripture, and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his children, Yolanda Villarreal, Esther Craven, Zulemma (Charles) Patterson, Joseph (Delia) Perales, Jorge (Angeles) Perales, Blanca Perales, Tammy (Samuel) Rodriguez, Rachel (Matthew) Huff; 23 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren; siblings, David, Fransica, Florinda, Alvaro, Antonia, Petra, Virginia, Naomi.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Olga Morin; daughter, Esther; sons, Ted Jr and Samuel; and 2 brothers.
