Thomas L. Maynard, 59, of Moline, died February 3, 2009 at his home.
Visitation will be Friday, February 6, 2009 from 6-8 p.m. at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave., Moline. Private family graveside services will be held at Oakdale Cemetery, Davenport. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
Thomas was born May 8, 1949 in Bettendorf, IA to Leo and Lorraine (Thomsen) Maynard. He married Sherrill Moses on July 5, 1983 in Reno, NV.
Thomas was currently employed as an insurance salesman for Mel Foster Insurance, Inc. for 22 years. He enjoyed playing golf and spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by

Daughter Angi Maynard-Anderson Moline
and her children Eddie Tomas and Kori Lynn
Daughter Laurel Darren Moline
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Nancy Maynard.
