Thomas J. Voss, 57, of Moline, IL, died Saturday, July 26, 2014, at his home.
Graveside services will be held Friday, August 1, 2014, at 2:30 p.m., at National Cemetery, Rock Island, IL. Military rites will be conducted by the Moline American Legion post 246. Cremation rites have been accorded per his wishes. Memorials may be made to family. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Moline is assisting the family.
Thomas was born on April 16, 1957, in Davenport, IA, the son of Frank and Betty Lou (Hayes) Voss. He married Tomina Grimstad on June 7, 2012 in Rock Island, IL. He also served his country in the US Army as a chef and later as a carpenter. He enjoyed fishing and riding his bike.
