Victoria "Vicky" M. Gonzalez

Victoria “Vicky” M. Gonzalez, 79, of Moline, passed away on May 14, 2026, at her home surrounded by her family.

Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Moline. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at Esterdahl Mortuary and Crematory, Ltd., Moline. Rosary will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery in East Moline.

Vicky was born on May 21, 1946, in Moline, IL, the daughter of Calso and Francisca (Guerrero) Casando. Victoria married Dario M. Gonzalez Sr., on September 4, 1964, in Aledo, IL; he preceded her in death on August 4, 2018. In her younger years, Vicky was a longtime volunteer on the West End Community Committee and helped organize fundraisers and fiestas. She was an active member in her church at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Moline. Vicky loved flowers, shopping, cooking, and especially family and friends gatherings.

Survivors include her children, Annette (Jose), Ruben (Norma), Maria, and Augie (Megan); grandchildren, Anna, Barbara, Angelica, Rebecca, Grasiela, Shane, Kristin, Alyssa, Elisabeth, Hunter, Austin, Gabriel, Nicole, Adrianna, and Alexis; great grandchildren, Guillermo III, Adrian, Ialyanna, Giovanni, Liliana, Summer, Aiden, Ashton, Charlize, Carlos, Luciano, Kataleya, Kataviana, Emilio, Zurina, Nehemiah, and Adrian Jr.; extended family, Juan and Jaime Guerrero, and Ramiro and Efrain Martinez.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Dario Sr., sons, Dario Jr. and Alex Sr., daughter, Rebecca, granddaughter, Angelica “Cha Cha”, and grandson, Alex Jr.
