Wayne Meade, 93, died Saturday, August 6, 2011 in West St. Paul, Minnesota.
Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m. Friday, August 12, 2011, at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Military honors will be conducted by the Moline American Legion, Post #246. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., is assisting the family.
Wayne was born June 22, 1918. He was a World War II Army veteran.
He is the beloved brother of Don, Roy; many nieces and nephews.
Wayne was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley; sister Lorraine VanHorn and sister-in-law Gloria.
