Jacqueline "Jackie" M Perrin

Jacqueline “Jackie” M. Perrin, 77, of Sherrard, Illinois, passed away at UnityPoint Trinity in Rock Island on Monday, November 11, 2019.

Per Jackie’s wishes, cremation rites have been accorded.  A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  Kirk, Huggins & Esterdahl Funeral Home, Ltd. is assisting the family.  Memorials may be made to Lions of Michigan Foundation (5730 Executive Drive; Lansing, MI  48911).

Jackie was born on October 11, 1942, in Chicago.  She was the daughter of John J. and Josephine (Meloun) Huber.  Jackie married Richard “Dick” Perrin Sr. in Warrenville, IL on December 19, 1964.  She was employed as an Administrative Assistant at the Ferris State University and she was also a teacher in Big Rapids, Michigan.  She enjoyed working with the International Students.

Jackie was a member of the Lion’s Club in Big Rapids, MI and in Orion, IL.  She was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran in Big Rapids and at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Orion.  Jackie was a second mom to almost everyone she met.

Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Dick; children, Richard (Karen) Perrin Jr, Grand Rapids, MI, Maria (Caleb) Paniamogan, Sherrard; grandchildren, Ashley (Melissa) Perrin, Jon Perrin, Seth Paniamogan, Ben Paniamogan; great grandson, Osgood Perrin; and sister, Jill Taylor, Vermont.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
